At Nant-y-Parc Primary School, our Heddlu Bach team is an important part of our pupil leadership structure. The group works alongside other leadership teams to support our school rules, contribute to a positive school environment, and develop confident young leaders. Their aims are:

1. Raising funds for equipment and games for the school yard – creating more opportunities for play and wellbeing.

2. Improving and maintaining behaviour in the yard and school corridors – ensuring safe, respectful conduct, particularly during busy times such as assemblies and lunchtimes.

3. Helping and giving back to our local community and school – taking pride in making a positive difference beyond the classroom.

Through these goals, Heddlu Bach provides pupils with the chance to lead by example, build responsibility, and work as part of a wider leadership team to strengthen our school community.
