Come and meet our Leadership Team!
At Nant-y-Parc Primary School, our Pupil Leadership Team represents the voice of the whole school and supports key priorities that make a positive difference to everyday school life. Working alongside staff and other pupil groups, they help to lead improvements and model high expectations. Their goals are:

To improve whole-school attendance – encouraging every pupil to be in school, on time, and ready to learn.

To make uniform more consistent – supporting a sense of identity, pride, and equality across the school.

To promote positive behaviour and relationships in school – creating a respectful and supportive environment for everyone.
Through these aims, the Pupil Leadership Team helps shape a school culture where attendance, consistency, and positive relationships are valued and celebrated.
