Miss E. Winter would like to welcome you to Skillful Sheep. We are a supportive and enthusiastic class, where children are encouraged to become more independent, confident learners. In Year 3, we build on the strong foundations of the Foundation Phase, diving deeper into exciting topics across the Curriculum for Wales.
Our classroom is a place where creativity, curiosity and challenge are celebrated, and we work hard to make sure every pupil enjoys learning and achieves their full potential.

Class Timings
The school day starts at 9:00am and ends at 3:15pm.
Uniform
Please ensure all school uniform, coats, PE kits and lunch boxes are clearly labelled with your child’s name to help us return any misplaced items.
Snack Time
Children can enjoy fruit from our Tŷ Bwyd, or bring a healthy snack from home (clearly labelled). We encourage pupils to bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Reading Eggs, Hwb & Additional Programmes
All pupils have access to Reading Eggs to support reading development, both at home and in school. Logins will be sent out at the start of the year. If your child needs a replacement login, just let us know.
Children also have access to Hwb, which includes digital learning tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, helping to build their digital skills across the curriculum.
