YEAR 4 class times - 09:00 - 3:15 (doors open 08:50)

My name is Mr Coles and I am the class teacher in Year 4 at Nant Y Parc Primary School.

In Curious Castles we are respectful, kind and caring. We love to learn new things and to be challenged to reach all of our potentials. We are a developing a great learning environment and together we have everything that we need in order to learn in the best way possible. If there is anything I can do for you, then please don't hesitate to ask.

Important Information

Homework will be set via SeeSaw every Friday. Homework needs to be 'turned in' by the following Thursday. If you are emailing homework, please email to: [email protected], but try wherever possible to submit homework using the 'turn in' facility on SeeSaw.
If you are unable to access homework via Seesaw, there will be paper copies available in class every Friday.
Spellings will be set via Reading Egss on a fortnightly basis. Your child will then be tested on these spellings in school.

PE uniform for pupils must be a plain red T-shirt and black shorts/tracksuit bottoms. Pupils can come to school in their PE kit on their allocated PE day.

P.E/Outdoor Learning

Our P.E sessions will take place on Wednesday

P.E. kit (including trainers) will need to be worn every Wednesday. Can we please make sure that P.E. kit is not branded items and are in the school colours (red top/black bottoms). As we will try to be outdoors as much as possible, please make sure your child has appropriate clothing for the varying weather conditions.

Blended Learning

In the instance of blended learning, please encourage your child to access the work set by their class teacher via Google Classroom. All pupils have been provided with their learning passport which contains all of their login details.
